I’m totally and utterly guilty of indulging in the sweet tasting deliciousness that is a Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte at least a handful of times per year. I honestly prefer drinking regular tea, which by the way black tea is 0 calories = 0 burpees. Aside from the burpee equivalent to me I’d rather spend the $$ on two tea’s versus one latte, but that’s just me. However, on those rare occasions I like to “treat” myself with a punch of cinnamon goodness. Eeeeek, now that I can relate my “treat” to burpees I may be sticking to my constant sweet zero burpee hot beverage.
The McDonald’s edition was a hit now onto Starbucks. The items chosen will show you what the burpee equivalents is based on either a 150 lbs (68kg). or 180 lbs (81.6kg) individual.
